We do have an evening and weekend after hours clinic that is available to our patients for urgent medical concerns. It is staffed by Family Physicians from the North York Family Health Team. Your family physician will receive a copy of the clinic note to ensure proper follow up. Please use our after hours clinic instead of going to a non-associated walk in clinic.   

Please call (416)491-6338 to book an appointment. Calls are answered Monday to Friday from 5-8pm and Weekends from 9am-12pm. You should always try to contact your family doctor first to book an appointment before using after hours services. This clinic is intended for acute medical issues that cannot wait to be assessed by your regular family doctor.

The clinic is located at 2901 Bayview Ave. in the Bayview Mall Shopping Center on the lower level beside Loblaws.
